Havas Group’s Ecselis Appoints Tobit Michael as Group Business Director of Paid Performance

Ecselis, the performance marketing division of Havas Group, has appointed Tobit Michael as Group Business Director of Paid Performance.

In his new role Michael will be responsible for product development and innovation, thought leadership and paid performance strategy, working across the Ecselis client base with brands such as Hyundai, Kia, Royal Mail, National Express and EDF.

Michael will lead a 30+ strong team across paid performance channels including paid search, affiliates and native. He will join Ecselis in the new Havas Village, Kings Cross, in June, reporting into Suzie Rafla, Head of Ecselis UK.

Michael joins Ecselis from Hearst’s iCrossing where he was Managing Partner responsible for the company’s London Client Group. He joined iCrossing in 2010 as a Paid Search Strategist before becoming Head of Paid Search and later Managing Partner in 2015.
