Objective

To increase ROI and volume of new customers acquired through affiliate.

Approach

We enabled affiliates to be paid different commissions based on the type of user they drove – new or existing – and worked closely with key partners to achieve visibility over competitors. We also teamed up with a leading incentive site who helped subsidize the cost of pizzas to help attract new customers: bespoke voucher codes were circulated to high visibility sites to achieve prominent positions.

Results

Our changes had a significant impact on ROI, revenue and also increased the number of new customers.
