Travel Client: Leveraging Creative to Maximize Promotional Sales

Objective

To target a specific audience, whilst maximizing the purchase intent and conversion in order to help drive sales and awareness for a forthcoming family-based promotion.

Approach

We worked with a leading data owner which broadcasts impactful email creative to over a million households with families living in London and the South East. The email creative was engaging and informative and directed users to a promotional page on our client’s website where they could purchase.

Results

The email campaign achieved a solid 15.5% open rate and over 5% click through rate resulting in significant awareness and substantial revenue (despite an aggressive price-led offer).
