Google and Twitter have signed their second major agreement in 4 years, which raises a number of questions, namely: what does this mean for paid and organic search? When will Tweets begin to appear in Google? Why did Google and Twitter agree to this deal?
Google’s entire business revolves around providing relevant information and Twitter is the greatest source of real-time information. With billions of searches happening on Google every day, having relevant Tweets show up in search results will promote the platform to non-users and it will solidify its significance to current users.
