Paris – Havas Group’s performance marketing brand Ecselis announced that Bertrand Fraboulet and Karim Eid were named Co-Global Heads. They will be responsible for driving development and delivery of innovative, value-building search & performance marketing solutions for clients, including multi-channel performance products. They will also align Ecselis business with Havas’ media and creative units, strengthen and develop the brand’s international network.
With over 17 years in the industry, Bertrand Fraboulet was previously co-Head of Ecselis France, where he developed a number of performance marketing offers ranging from native ads to local performance, across affiliate platforms and SEO. He also participated in local and international business pitches, winning clients such as Volvo and JDE. Bertrand joined Ecselis France in 2014, after 4 years as Head of Search and Performance for Havas Media France, where he was responsible for the management of the Search and Affiliate teams. He led the creation of the Affiliate and SEO offers, and developed offers in collaboration with Havas Group’s creative agencies. Prior to Havas, Bertrand worked for NetBooster for 10 years, culminating in a position as Global Search and Performance Director, managing teams across a global network and working on accounts such as Accor and Ebay.
Karim Eid has worked for over 17 years in the digital marketing field across performance marketing, media and technology. He joins Ecselis from Publicis Media France, where he was Managing Director for Zenith and Performics, leading digital transformation for key clients such as L’Oréal. Previously, Karim launched and developed Publicis Media’s digital offering in Russia (including search, data and programmatic). Back in 2010, Karim launched Performics activities in France. Prior to joining Performics, Karim occupied different positions across Publicis Groupe’s digital activities.
